What we collect
When you submit the wedding enquiry form, we collect your name, partner's name (if given), email, phone, wedding date, approximate guest count and your message.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and discuss your wedding at Ballyness. We do not use it for marketing.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in a secure database accessible only to authorised Ballyness staff. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are automatically deleted after 24 months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email weddings@ballynessresort.com.
